1. France Payroll Experience. 4 to 10 years of Payroll experience specially in France Payroll.
2. Good in Excel, Understanding and hands-on on SAP and SuccessFactors.
3. Experience on Pre and Payroll processes.
4. Excellent Knowledge of leaves, sickness calculations and regulatory filings for France.
5. Good Communication skills and ability to communicate/manage clients in English language and French Language.
Good to have skills
Handson experience in SuccessFactors report creation, resolving replication issues is a must for the role along with the above experience.
