We're Hiring – HR Manager / Senior HR Executive
Location: Basni Industrial Area, Jodhpur, Rajasthan
Noble Art & Craft House, a leading manufacturer and exporter of premium furniture, home décor, kitchenware, and handicrafts, is looking for an experienced HR Manager / Senior HR Executive to establish, strengthen, and lead our Human Resources function.
Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment through LinkedIn, Naukri, employee referrals, job fairs, and campus hiring.
- Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring.
- Enhance employer branding and deliver a seamless candidate and onboarding experience.
HR Policies & Statutory Compliance
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, Factory Act, PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain a disciplined, compliant, and employee-friendly workplace.
Organisation Development & Manpower Planning
- Design and maintain organizational structures aligned with business objectives.
- Plan workforce requirements and identify manpower gaps to support business growth.
Performance Management
- Collaborate with HODs to define Job Descriptions (JDs), KRAs, and KPIs.
- Drive goal setting, performance reviews, appraisals, and employee development initiatives.
Employee Engagement & Relations
- Plan employee engagement, recognition, and retention programs.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work culture.
Fair Trade & Social Compliance
- Coordinate documentation and audits for SA8000, Sedex, BSCI, FSC, CTPAT, and other customer compliance standards.
- Maintain HR documentation and ensure audit readiness at all times.
HR Operations
- Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, onboarding, exit formalities, and HR documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRMIS.
- Generate HR reports and support management with workforce analytics.
Desired Candidate
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- 5–10 years of HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing or export industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, labour laws, statutory compliance, performance management systems, and HR operations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in social compliance audits will be an added advantage.
