The key responsibilities for this role are as follows:
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
- Manage the front desk and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls and direct them to the concerned departments. (Proposed)
- Coordinate visitor entries, meeting room bookings, and hospitality arrangements.
- Receive, record, and distribute couriers, parcels, and official documents.
- Maintain visitor registers and front office records.
- Provide administrative support for office operations as and when required.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and facility management teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain office supplies and raise requisitions for stationery and pantry items.
- Support employee onboarding by coordinating visitor access, ID cards, and workspace readiness.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,094.16 per month
