We're looking for a Recruiter with hands on experience in BPO or consultancy hiring, someone who understands bulk hiring and can independently manage volume closures.
What You'll Do
- Handle end to end recruitment for associate and agent level profiles
- Manage bulk hiring drives and volume closures within deadlines
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals and walk ins
- Maintain recruitment trackers and daily/weekly hiring reports
- Coordinate interviews, offers and onboarding
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of recruitment experience in BPO or consultancy hiring
- Strong practical knowledge of bulk and associate/agent level hiring
- Good communication and coordination skills
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
