Job Summary
Sukhmani Diagnocare is seeking a dedicated and experienced OT Technician with a minimum of one year of hands-on experience in an Operation Theatre. The candidate will assist doctors and surgical teams by preparing the OT, handling instruments, and maintaining sterility and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare the Operation Theatre before procedures
- Maintain OT cleanliness, sterility, and infection control standards
- Arrange, sterilize, and handle surgical instruments and equipment
- Assist surgeons and doctors during procedures when required
- Monitor OT inventory and inform about shortages or maintenance needs
- Maintain OT records and documentation as per protocol
- Ensure proper biomedical waste disposal
- Follow hospital safety guidelines, SOPs, and discipline
- Coordinate with nursing staff, doctors, and support teams
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an OT Technician
- Diploma or Certificate in OT Technology or related field
- Knowledge of OT procedures, sterilization methods, and aseptic techniques
- Understanding of OT equipment and safety protocols
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from doctors and seniors
- Responsible, disciplined, and patient‑focused approach

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
