Food & Beverage Executive
Location: Airoli - Mumbai/ Hinjewadi - Pune
Department: Workplace Experience / Food & Beverage Services
Reporting To: Workplace Experience Manager / Facilities Manager
About the RoleJLL is seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Executive to manage workplace dining and cafeteria operations within a corporate environment. The role will be responsible for vendor management, food quality, customer experience, hygiene compliance, service delivery, and stakeholder management to ensure a seamless food & beverage experience for employees and visitors.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day cafeteria, pantry, and catering operations.
Coordinate with food service partners and vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Monitor food quality, presentation, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards.
Conduct regular audits of cafeteria operations and vendor performance.
Handle employee feedback and drive customer satisfaction initiatives.
Monitor meal counts, consumption trends, and service levels.
Manage catering requirements for meetings, events, leadership visits, and town halls.
Ensure pantry inventory and consumables are maintained at optimal levels.
Review vendor invoices, billing, and SLA/KPI performance.
Generate operational reports and identify opportunities for service improvement.
QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Management, or related discipline.
Food Safety certification will be an added advantage.
Experience2–8 years of experience in Corporate Food Services, Integrated Facility Management, Workplace Services, or Institutional Catering.
Preferred experience with leading food service organizations such
Experience managing cafeterias, food courts, employee dining, or corporate catering operations.
Candidates from corporate F&B and workplace dining environments will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate ProfileEducational background in Hospitality/Hotel Management is mandatory.
Experience in corporate cafeterias, business parks, IT campuses, or large workplace environments.
Strong vendor management and stakeholder management skills.
Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and audit requirements.
Strong communication and customer service orientation.

Note: Candidates with experience primarily in hotel operations may not be the best fit unless they have significant exposure to corporate food service or workplace dining operations. Preference will be given to candidates from organizations corporate catering/FM service providers.
