Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Hardware & Networking Engineer to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot the organization's IT infrastructure, including computer hardware, network systems, servers, and related equipment. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of networking, hardware maintenance, and IT support to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware.
- Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity across the organization.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
- Install, upgrade, and maintain operating systems, antivirus software, and other applications.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Perform regular data backups and ensure data security.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, warranty claims, and service support.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Monitor network performance and implement improvements when required.
- Provide technical support to employees for IT-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in hardware and networking support.
- Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, and Active Directory.
- Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi networks.
- Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and network security concepts.
- Experience in troubleshooting desktop, laptop, printer, and network issues.
Preferred Certifications
- CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)
- CompTIA Network+
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or equivalent

Employment Type: Full-Time
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
