Business Development Executive

We are looking for a driven and relationship-oriented Business Development Executive to help expand our client base and drive business growth. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build meaningful relationships with prospects, and contribute to revenue growth through strategic outreach and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.
- Reach out to prospective clients through email, LinkedIn, calls, and other relevant channels.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions offered by the company.
- Schedule and participate in discovery calls, meetings, and product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up with leads and nurture them through the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and other business documents.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
- Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Confidence in engaging with decision-makers and business stakeholders.
- Ability to research, identify opportunities, and approach prospects effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or lead generation platforms is a plus.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
