Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with experience in real estate sales to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets. The role involves lead management, customer engagement, site visit coordination, sales closures, and relationship management.Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads through various channels, including digital campaigns, referrals, walk-ins, and channel partners.
- Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and site visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential, villa, apartment, or plotted development projects.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to booking and closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Follow up with prospects and ensure timely conversion of leads.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to maximize lead conversion.
- Assist customers with documentation, booking, and payment processes.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in handling customer interactions and sales closures.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in residential, villa, apartment, or plotted development sales.
- Strong lead generation and conversion capabilities.
- Customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.
- Team coordination and mentoring experience will be an added advantage.
