Sales Engineer (Pre & Post Sales Activities)

Job Summary:
Provide technical and commercial support to the sales team by preparing quotations, processing orders, coordinating with customers and internal departments, and ensuring timely execution of sales activities.
Preferred Experience : Sales of Projects that involves Reactors, Mixers, Agitators, Dryers – FBD, VTD, RCVD, Nauta, Blenders, RMG, Mills, Sievers, Powder Transfer systems, CIP systems, Sterile Skids, Water Treatment : PWS / EDI, Homogeniser, Colloid Mills, Tablet Coaters, Material Handling GMP, ATFD etc. Experience in similar field is acceptable too.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review customer RFQs, specifications, drawings, and technical requirements.
- Prepare techno-commercial quotations and proposals.
- Process sales orders and maintain records.
- Coordinate with customers, production, procurement, and logistics teams.
- Follow up on quotations and order execution.
- Prepare sales reports and MIS.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide technical and commercial support.
- Maintain customer databases, contracts, and sales documentation.
- Assist in preparing presentations, product information, and marketing materials.
- Knowledge of Auto Cad/Solid Works shall be added advantage
Requirements:
- Diploma/B Sc Tech / B.E./ B. Tech in Chemical, Instrumentation, Mechanical or related field.
- 3–5 years of domain experience in sales coordination or technical sales support.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems.
- Strong communication and coordination skills is single most preference.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial products sectors Pharmaceuticals, Food, Cosmetics, FMCG preferred.
Salary Range:
As per experience and proficiency & field / domain knowledge.
This role is ideal for candidates who combine technical knowledge with strong coordination, documentation, and customer-support capabilities.
Internal: CTC 20,000 -30,000
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
