We are seeking a motivated Graduate BIM Architect for a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This is an opportunity ideal for fresh graduates looking to begin their careers in a collaborative and BIM-oriented design environment. The selected candidate will be part of our BIM-oriented design team, supporting the development and coordination of architectural projects through BIM workflows and technical documentation. The role involves assisting in the preparation of architectural and construction drawings, developing Building Information Models, preparing project documentation and submittals, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams during project execution. The Graduate BIM Architect will contribute to maintaining technical accuracy, workflow efficiency, and seamless coordination across different stages of design and execution.
Role Description Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field Freshers and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply Proficiency in Autodesk Revit as the primary software Basic understanding of BIM workflows, modeling standards, and project coordination Knowledge of Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings Familiarity with Revit family creation and Revit tools is preferred Willingness to learn new software, technologies, and digital workflows Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Knowledge of relevant building codes and standards is an advantage
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
