Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and people-centric HR Recruiter to lead and manage end-to-end HR operations across Muzigal and other companies within the Impel Brands group. This role requires an individual with strong experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations, along with a deep understanding of HR policies and compliance.
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment pipelines, onboarding and training, performance management, employee relations, and HR compliance. This role also offers the opportunity to develop and refine HR systems and processes that support organizational growth and employee success.
Objectives of this Role
- Assist with recruitment efforts and maintain a hiring schedule aligned with departmental needs
- Ensure smooth onboarding through structured orientation and training programs
- Oversee and improve employee standards, policies, and procedures
- Manage and enhance employee benefits, compensation, and rewards programs
- Ensure compliance with national and local HR regulations
- Identify and implement improvements in HR processes, team structure, and employee engagement
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple departments
- Maintain a structured hiring pipeline and recruitment backlog
- Create and manage job postings across various platforms
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with department heads for further rounds
- Maintain a database of candidate profiles for current and future hiring needs
Onboarding & Training
- Plan and execute onboarding processes for new hires
- Maintain a recruitment and training calendar
- Ensure employees complete required training modules
- Facilitate smooth integration of new hires into the organization
HR Operations & Employee Management
- Monitor employee performance and support appraisal processes
- Address employee grievances and support conflict resolution
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Policies, Compliance
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations
- Track and maintain HR compliance records
Employee Engagement & Benefits
- Design and manage compensation, benefits, and incentive programs
- Support employee engagement and morale-building initiatives
- Handle reimbursements, leave management, and benefits administration
Skills & Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
Work Experience
- 6+ years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition roles
Education
MBA in Human Resources

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
