Key Responsibilities:
- Generate admissions through marketing activities such as school seminars, open seminars, local outreach programs, and other lead-generation initiatives.
- Achieve admission and revenue targets by counselling prospective students and parents, promoting courses, and converting enquiries into enrollments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, principals, coordinators, tuition teachers, students, and parents to drive business growth.
- Conduct student and parent counselling through meetings, calls, emails, and home visits to understand needs and provide suitable guidance.
- Support students throughout their journey by ensuring smooth onboarding, addressing concerns, and providing excellent customer service.
- Follow up on leads, support fee collection processes, and maintain accurate student records.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, processes, and quality standards.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
