Thinvent is an embedded product development and manufacturing company. We are looking for Linux firmware developers to join our product development team. Candidates must have knowledge of:
1. Linux kernel compilation
2. systemd and the init process
3. Development on ARM boards such as Raspberry Pi
4. uboot, grub and other boot loaders
5. Serial communication
6. PCB schematics development
Candidates who apply must have used Linux as their primary desktop OS for at least two years. They should also have worked on at least one ARM board. The candidate must be open to working in a technically challenging work environment.
Experience with participating in an open-source project is a plus.
