About the role:
We are looking for an Operations Manager who can manage, optimize, and scale the backend operations of our business, including Warehousing, Logistics, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain. This role will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the entire supply chain, maintaining inventory accuracy, streamlining warehouse and dispatch processes, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and building scalable operational systems to support business growth.
Specifically, this role will involve:
- Managing warehousing, logistics, fulfillment, and reverse logistics
- Designing and optimizing SOPs for supply chain and dispatch
- Owning inventory forecasting, stock health, and reorder cycles
- Driving tech adoption across Shopify, Unicommerce, Gorgias, and ERP tools
- Tracking KPIs such as SLAs, cost per order, NPS, and order accuracy
- Planning and monitoring daily dispatch and inventory movement across warehouses.
- Managing warehouse capacity planning and ensuring optimal utilization of storage space.
- Leading and mentoring operations and logistics teams
- Ensuring legal, procurement, and logistics compliance
Ideal candidate will have:
- 5–8 years of experience in D2C, FMCG, or e-commerce operations
- Proven track record of managing and improving supply chain operations
- Strong understanding of fulfillment, inventory management, and 3PL operations
- Data-driven and analytical approach to problem-solving
- Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on, execution-focused, startup mindset
Qualifications:
- Engineering or MBA degree preferred
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
