About the Role
DigitalVia Technologies is looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR operations along with a good understanding of the digital marketing industry and work culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
- Handle employee onboarding and joining formalities
- Maintain employee lifecycle management
- Conduct performance management and appraisal processes
- Coordinate employee engagement activities
- Manage attendance, leave records, and HR documentation
- Support payroll coordination and HR operations
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace concerns
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
- Maintain HR databases and employee records
- Understanding of digital marketing roles and hiring requirements
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Good knowledge of HR practices and policies
- Understanding of digital marketing profiles and industry trends
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
