Job Summary
The Ecommerce Marketplace Ads Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing sponsored advertising campaigns across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto, and other online marketplaces. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, campaign optimization, and performance analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and other marketplace advertising campaigns.
- Manage advertising across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other ecommerce marketplaces.
- Monitor and improve key metrics including ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CVR, and sales growth.
- Conduct keyword research, bid optimization, and search term analysis.
- Plan and manage advertising budgets to maximize return on investment.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Work closely with account management and catalog teams to improve product listings, content, pricing, and inventory availability.
- Launch promotional campaigns during sales events and marketplace festivals.
- Identify growth opportunities through new keywords, product launches, and campaign expansion.
- Stay updated with marketplace advertising features, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing marketplace advertising.
- Strong experience with Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads.
- Experience with Myntra Ads or other marketplace advertising platforms is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of marketplace KPIs including ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for reporting and analysis.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and advertising accounts simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with ecommerce agencies or multiple brands.
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and marketplace analytics tools.
- Experience using marketplace automation and bid management tools.
- Certification in Amazon Ads or other ecommerce advertising platforms is a plus.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
