Your Role
As an Executive at StayVista, you will be responsible for styling and presenting properties in a visually appealing manner that aligns with brand standards and enhances guest appeal. The role involves managing end-to-end photoshoot operations, coordinating with photographers, stylists, and property stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution across locations, and maintaining high-quality visual content through strong aesthetics, organization, and operational coordination.
About You

Style properties for photoshoots to ensure visually appealing and brand-aligned presentation.

Coordinate and manage PAN India photoshoots with photographers, stylists, property owners, and internal teams.

Build and maintain a database of photographers and styling vendors across locations.

Assist in shoot execution both virtually and on-ground while resolving operational and logistical challenges.

Ensure shoots are completed within defined timelines and quality standards.

Review, sequence, and manage photos post-shoot in line with brand guidelines and property highlights.

Maintain records of shoots, expenses, vendor details, and deliverables using Google Sheets/Docs.

Manage vendor relationships, negotiate commercials, and onboard new photographers/stylists.

Track shoot expenses, prepare reports, and monitor photographer/styling performance.

Travel across locations for shoot coordination and adapt to different property environments.

Strong eye for interiors, styling, and aesthetics with good communication and coordination skills.

Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple shoots simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs

Prior experience in property styling, interior design, hospitality photoshoots, or visual merchandising will be an added advantage.
