Position: SAP HCM Freelance Trainer / Consultant
We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with a passion for teaching and mentoring professionals. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise in SAP HCM, implementation experience, and the ability to deliver engaging training sessions using real-time business scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive training on SAP HCM modules.
- Conduct sessions on Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Time Management (TM), Payroll, Recruitment, Employee Self-Service (ESS), and Manager Self-Service (MSS).
- Explain end-to-end HR business processes and SAP best practices.
- Demonstrate real-time implementation scenarios, configurations, and business use cases.
- Develop training content, assignments, assessments, and case studies.
- Guide students on projects, interview preparation, and certification-related topics.
- Conduct online and classroom training sessions as per schedule requirements.
- Provide doubt-solving support and learner mentorship.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP HCM developments and industry trends.
Required Skills and Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM implementation, support, or consulting projects.
- Deep understanding of HR processes and SAP HCM functionalities.
- Experience in configuration and customization of SAP HCM modules.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
- Experience in corporate training or educational training environments is preferred.
- SAP HCM Certification will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of SAP HCM consulting, implementation, support, or training experience.
- Prior experience as a trainer, mentor, or faculty member is highly desirable.
- Passion for teaching and helping professionals build successful SAP careers.
