Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with experience in IT Services, SaaS products, Salesforce ecosystem, or Enterprise Software platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B digital marketing, lead generation, campaign management, and building marketing strategies for technology solutions.
The candidate will be responsible for driving brand visibility, generating qualified leads, optimizing digital campaigns, and supporting business growth through various online channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute B2B digital marketing strategies for IT services, SaaS platforms, Salesforce solutions, and enterprise technology products.
- Manage performance marketing campaigns including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels.
- Drive lead generation campaigns and improve MQL/SQL conversion.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content marketing.
- Manage social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, to improve brand presence and engagement.
- Create and manage marketing content including blogs, case studies, newsletters, landing pages, and campaign materials.
- Work closely with sales teams to align marketing activities with business development goals.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing dashboards.
- Track competitor activities and industry trends across SaaS, IT services, and facility management technology domains.
- Support email marketing, automation campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in IT Services / SaaS / Salesforce / Software Product companies.
- Strong experience in B2B lead generation and demand generation campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads/LinkedIn Campaign Manager/SEO/SEM/PPC Campaigns/Social Media Marketing/Email Marketing/ Google Analytics / Marketing Analytics
- Understanding of SaaS business models, enterprise software solutions, or technology services.
- Experience marketing products/platforms related to Salesforce, CRM, Asset Management, Maintenance Management, or Facility Management solutions is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure campaign performance and ROI.
- Good communication and content writing skills.
