We are hiring for the positions of Dynamics 365 CRM Customer Service Specialist with Custom Integration and Power Portals/Power Pages Experience

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Customer Service Specialist with expertise in custom integration and Power Portals/Power Pages development. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions that meet our clients’ needs for customer service automation and engagement. The candidate must be well-versed in Dynamics 365 CRM, customization, integration, and configuration, as well as have experience working with Power Portals and Power Pages.
Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and customer service requirements • Design, develop and implement Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet customer service needs, including custom integrations and Power Portals/Power Pages • Conduct requirements gathering and analysis to identify system enhancements and modifications • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects on time and within budget • Perform customization, configuration, and deployment of Dynamics 365 CRM • Provide support to end-users for troubleshooting and issue resolution • Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements, design, and test plans • Stay current with new technologies and industry trends in Dynamics 365 CRM, custom integrations, and Power Portals/Power Pages
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development and customization • Must have Power Portals and Power Pages development experience • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM architecture, customization, and configuration • Experience with custom integrations using REST API, Azure Functions, and other integration tools • Knowledge of customer service automation and engagement best practices • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Preferred Qualifications: • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service certification • Experience with other Dynamics 365 modules, such as Sales and Marketing • Experience with Azure DevOps and Agile methodology • Experience with Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Apps
