Pre-Primary Coordinator cum Mother Teacher (Active Teaching & Leadership Role)

About the Role
We are seeking an energetic, creative, and visionary Pre-Primary Coordinator cum Mother Teacher. This is a hands-on, dual-responsibility role where daily classroom teaching as a Mother Teacher is a mandatory, core requirement, alongside leading and managing the overall Pre-Primary section.
The ideal candidate will spend part of their day actively teaching and managing a dedicated classroom, while also supervising the section's academic planning, mentoring fellow teachers, and maintaining high educational standards across the department.
Key Responsibilities
Mandatory Classroom Teaching (Mother Teacher): Take full daily ownership of a designated Pre-Primary class. Deliver interactive lessons, implement activity-based learning, manage classroom setup, and nurture students' developmental growth firsthand.
Section Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, supervise, and mentor Pre-Primary teachers and support staff. Conduct regular classroom observations, review lesson plans, and provide constructive feedback to elevate teaching standards.
Curriculum & Activity Planning: Drive innovative teaching methodologies (Montessori, phonics, experiential learning). Encourage creative learning corners, storytelling, art projects, and interactive teaching aids across all classes.
Events & Co-Curricular Management: Plan and execute theme-based activities, festivals, competitions, and special school events tailored to early learners.
Student Tracking & Assessment: Monitor academic and behavioral milestones for your assigned class as well as the broader section, intervening promptly with tailored guidance when needed.
Administration & Quality Assurance: Oversee teacher attendance, punctuality, worksheets, student report cards, and regulatory documentation. Ensure alignment with school policies and safety protocols.
Parent & Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular, transparent communication with parents regarding student progress and address routine developmental concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Candidate Qualifications & Profile
- Graduate with a recognized qualification in Early Childhood Education (NTT, ECCEd, Montessori, D.Ed, B.Ed, or equivalent).
- 3–5 years of relevant Pre-Primary teaching experience, with a proven track record (or strong capability) in handling both direct classroom teaching and section coordination simultaneously.
- Strong grasp of early child psychology, phonics, activity-based learning, and modern teaching aids.
- Willingness to lead by example inside the classroom every day while balancing administrative and leadership duties.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
