Maintenance Technician / Maintenance Team Member
Job Summary
We are looking for skilled Maintenance Team Members to handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines and equipment in the manufacturing facility. The candidate should ensure smooth machine operation and minimize production downtime.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines and equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
Inspect machines regularly to identify maintenance requirements
Repair or replace faulty machine parts and components
Maintain maintenance records and daily reports
Coordinate with production teams to reduce downtime
Ensure proper functioning of utilities and factory equipment
Follow safety procedures and maintenance standards
Maintain cleanliness of maintenance tools and work areas
Requirements
ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
Experience in industrial machine maintenance preferred
Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
Basic understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems
Willingness to work in shifts and attend breakdown calls

1–6 years preferred
Salary
As per industry standards
Pay: ₹8,514.24 - ₹43,892.68 per month
