Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and target achievement. The candidate should be proactive in identifying new business opportunities and willing to visit industrial areas and client locations for field sales and lead generation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through field visits.
- Visit industrial areas, factories, and business hubs to identify potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports, maintain customer databases, and update CRM records.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales and lead generation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Comfortable with field sales and frequent visits to industrial areas
- Must possess a positive attitude and strong convincing skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹33,791.51 per month
