Infra Junction is a leading platform for refurbished construction equipment, committed to delivering high-quality machines to customers across India. We are looking for an experienced Welder to join our refurbishment team and carry out structural repairs and fabrication on JCB and other construction equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform welding, cutting, and fabrication work on JCB machines and other construction equipment.
- Repair and strengthen structural components such as booms, arms, buckets, chassis, loader frames, and attachments.
- Carry out crack repairs, reinforcement welding, and fabrication as per technical requirements.
- Use Arc Welding, MIG Welding, and Gas Cutting equipment safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, repair instructions, and fabrication measurements.
- Inspect weld quality and ensure repairs meet strength and durability standards.
- Work closely with mechanics, painters, and service technicians during the refurbishment process.
- Maintain welding tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow all safety protocols and use appropriate PPE while performing welding operations.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Arc Welding, MIG Welding, Gas Cutting, and metal fabrication.
- Experience in repairing heavy equipment structures and attachments.
- Ability to identify cracks, wear, and structural damage in construction equipment.
- Good understanding of welding safety standards and quality practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a refurbishment team.
Qualifications
- ITI in Welder/Fitter or equivalent qualification.
- Welding certification will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in welding heavy construction equipment.
- Experience working on JCB, Backhoe Loaders, Excavators, Loaders, or Earthmoving Equipment is mandatory.
- Candidates from authorized JCB dealerships, construction equipment workshops, or refurbishment facilities will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
