About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager (IT) with 3.5+ years of experience to manage and strengthen relationships with IT clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, managing key accounts, identifying business opportunities, and working closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional IT staffing and technology solutions.
Required Skills
✔ 3.5+ years of experience in Client Relationship Management, Account Management, or IT Staffing
✔ Strong understanding of the IT industry and technology services
✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
✔ Experience managing enterprise clients and key accounts
✔ Knowledge of IT recruitment and staffing processes is preferred
✔ Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc.)
✔ Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Experience in IT Services, IT Consulting, or US/India IT Staffing is an added advantage.
Proven ability to build long-term client relationships and drive business growth.
