We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Controls Panel Wiring Technician (Fresher) to join our electrical automation team. The candidate will assist in wiring, assembling, and testing industrial control panels used in automation systems and machinery.
This role is ideal for diploma holders, ITI graduates, or fresh candidates interested in industrial electrical systems, panel building, and automation technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform wiring and assembly of electrical control panels as per electrical drawings and schematics
- Identify and connect components such as:
- MCBs
- Relays
- Contactors
- Terminal blocks
- PLC I/O modules
- SMPS and control transformers
- Route and dress wires neatly inside control panels
- Support panel testing and troubleshooting activities
- Use basic electrical tools safely and effectively
- Read and understand basic electrical diagrams and wiring layouts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workshop area
- Follow electrical safety standards and company procedures
Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, EEE, E&I, or related field
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Basic understanding of electrical wiring and control panels
- Willingness to learn industrial automation systems
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Good discipline and attention to detail
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with hand tools and multimeter usage
- Basic knowledge of PLC panels and industrial electrical components
- Understanding of color coding and wire numbering practices
