Role Overview
Transparent Overseas is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage online marketplace operations across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce portals. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, catalog management, order coordination, and marketplace performance handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces
- Create and update product catalogs, descriptions, titles, and specifications
- Upload product images and optimize listings for better visibility
- Handle inventory updates, pricing, and stock management
- Monitor orders, returns, customer queries, and marketplace performance
- Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order processing
- Work on promotions, offers, and marketplace campaigns
- Track sales performance and prepare reports/MIS
- Ensure proper product visibility and keyword optimization
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce / Marketplace Management
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub
- Basic knowledge of product listing and catalog management
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of SEO keywords for listings
- Experience in handling home décor or lifestyle products
- Basic Canva or image editing knowledge
