We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Performance & Growth Lead to drive end-to-end D2C business growth. The candidate will be responsible for managing revenue performance, optimizing marketing funnels, and leading cross-functional growth initiatives across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
● Own and manage D2C revenue performance across website (Shopify) and app
● Plan and scale performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube
● Lead funnel optimization initiatives including CRO, AOV improvement, and checkout optimization
● Track, analyze, and improve KPIs across performance marketing, SEO, and development teams
● Collaborate with Lead Generation, Social Media, and Influencer teams for full-funnel growth
● Build and present weekly dashboards, reports, and growth insights
● Develop monthly and quarterly revenue strategies aligned with business goals
● Identify growth opportunities and implement data-driven strategies
Eligibility Criteria: ● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
● Experience: 6-10 years in Performance Marketing / Growth roles (D2C preferred)
Required Skills:
● Strong understanding of performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads)
● Hands-on experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
● Knowledge of CRO, funnel optimization, and analytics tools
● Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
● Leadership and cross-functional collaboration ability
● Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Skills:
● Experience in D2C or healthcare industry
● Familiarity with SEO and app marketing
● Experience in managing teams or leading projects
