About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day HR activities. The intern will gain practical experience in recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, documentation, and general HR operations.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and updates.
- Maintain and update the recruitment tracker.
2. Employee Onboarding
- Assist with the pre-joining and onboarding process for new employees.
- Collect and verify required employee documents.
- Prepare onboarding documents and joining kits.
- Coordinate with new employees to ensure a smooth joining experience.
- Help introduce new employees to company policies and procedures.
3. HR Administration
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in updating attendance, leave, and employee databases.
- Support the preparation of HR reports and trackers.

4. Employee Engagement
