Manage end-to-end manpower planning, recruitment, and workforce management for warehouse operations, ensuring timely availability of blue-collar and contractual manpower while driving employee engagement, grievance handling, and HR operations.
Recruitment & Workforce Management

Manage bulk hiring of blue-collar and contractual manpower including Pickers, Packers, Loaders, Drivers, and Warehouse Associates.

Partner with operations teams for manpower planning and timely workforce deployment.

Conduct hiring drives, walk-ins, and local sourcing initiatives to meet manpower requirements.
Vendor Management

Identify, empanel, and manage manpower vendors/agencies.

Negotiate commercials, service levels, and manpower deployment commitments.

Ensure continuous availability of contract workforce through effective vendor coordination.
Employee Relations & Engagement
-
Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations at warehouse locations.

Drive employee engagement, retention, and welfare initiatives for the workforce.

Support disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
HR Operations & Compliance

Ensure compliance with labor laws and contractor regulations.

Monitor contractor documentation, attendance, payroll inputs, and statutory compliance.

Maintain HR MIS and workforce reports.

Graduate in any discipline.

4–7 years of HR experience in Warehousing, Logistics, Supply Chain, E-commerce, Retail, Manufacturing, or related industries.

Mandatory experience in bulk hiring of blue-collar and contractual manpower.

Exposure to vendor management, employee relations, and labor law compliance.
