We are seeking a talented, detail-oriented, and motivated Junior Architect to join our growing design team. In this role, you will work closely with senior architects and project managers to assist in all phases of design, from initial conceptualization and schematic design through construction documentation and administration.
The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with strong technical drafting skills, a passion for innovative design, and a desire to learn and grow within the profession.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Drafting: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit.
- 3D Modeling & Visualization: Create 3D models and high-quality renderings to help communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Project Support: Assist project teams in researching building codes, zoning laws, material specifications, and sustainable design practices.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering consultants (structural, MEP) and contractor teams to ensure design intent and technical compliance.
- Site Visits: Participate in site visits to measure existing conditions, document progress, and assist with construction administration tasks.
- Presentation Prep: Help compile presentation boards, digital slide decks, and physical models for client meetings and design reviews.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Diploma/ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in an architectural firm or internship environment.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is highly preferred.
- Strong skills in 3D modeling and rendering software
- Competency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
