- Field Service works of Security Systems Products
- Systems: Mainly CCTV, Access Control System. Intruder Alarm System, having of knowledge in Fire Alarm, PAVA, BGM, AV, BMS, Vehicle Tracking would be added advantage.
Degree in Diploma in Electronics or Electrical & Electronics Engineering or relevant discipline. At least 1-2 years work experience in security system products like Fire Alarm, Access Control, CCTV, PAVA, BGM, AV & BMS.
Should have a thorough knowledge of CCTV systems, access control system & Intruder Alarm System. Should be individually handle customer and to understand the requirement and prepare the work plan accordingly without any time delay.
- Even fresher would be acceptable with good knowledge in thinking out of the box to resolve the technical issues by surfing and reading manuals.
- Must work well with little supervision individually and in a team environment.
- Able basic knowledge on AutoCAD drawings would be added advantage.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office which will helps to prepare the weekly or monthly report for performance reviews.
- Responsible to handle the corporate customer and support them on timely basis based on the call registered.
- Responsible to go for the customer place and do the site visit and collect the information to quote accordingly.
- Ensure the service handled in proper way with good technical knowledge indeed.
- Responsible to make a weekly report and send to the management for review and further feedbacks.
- Attend site meetings in case needed to discuss with client in case needed to update the work progress.
- To coordinate with consultants and sub-contractors and involve in design / review / implementation of all Security System functions and discipline required for the project for any new installations.
- Supervise subcontractors to carry out site works according to design intent and the suppliers for timely delivery of equipment for any service spare parts.
- Be self-motivated, Pro Active and good communication skills including written and spoken.
- Responsibility to ensure the purchase of required local material for the installation team and submit the bills to the management in case needed.
