We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to support our Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee onboarding, HR documentation, attendance management, and employee engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Post job vacancies on recruitment portals and social media platforms.
- Coordinate candidate interviews and follow up with applicants.
- Support employee onboarding, induction, and documentation processes.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR databases.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining HR documentation.
- Handle employee queries and provide administrative support to the HR department.
- Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with various departments regarding staffing requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR or Recruitment (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
