Exponential Engineer Programme
The Exponential Engineer Programme is a structured highintensity capability uplift initiative designed for Banking and Financial Services BFSI enterprises It aims to develop engineers whose architectural judgment decisionmaking and systemlevel thinking deliver nonlinear business impact The programme spans 45 days with a running BFSIaligned project integrating realworld constraints such as regulatory compliance risk management and high availability Participants learn through immersive workshops handson builds and simulated governance reviews culminating in a capstone that demonstrates enterprisegrade readiness This programme is unique because it combines deep technical mastery with BFSI context AI integration and stakeholder communication skills ensuring graduates can operate as force multipliers within complex delivery ecosystems
Role Title Full Stack Engineer Trainer
Role Purpose
To architect deliver and mentor on enterprisegrade full stack solutions for regulated BFSI environments The trainer will lead curriculum delivery guide participants through endtoend application design and ensure integration of resilience security and performance best practices This role anchors practical engineering excellence bridging backend frontend and integration layers with BFSIspecific constraints
Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Design Delivery
Deliver comprehensive modules on backend Java 17 Spring Boot frontend AngularReact TypeScript and integration patterns
Teach APIfirst design microservices architecture and eventdriven systems aligned to BFSI use cases such as credit risk payments and fraud detection
Enterprise Application Architecture
Guide participants in designing secure scalable applications using OAuth2OIDC mTLS and OWASP Top 10 principles
Explain resilience engineering with Resilience4j circuit breaker bulkhead retry timeout and caching strategies Redis Caffeine
Integration Cloud Deployment
Demonstrate API Gateway patterns Eureka service discovery and asynchronous messaging with Kafka
Cover containerisation Docker and CICD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions with observability via Elasticsearch and log aggregation
AI Collaboration
Work with AI Engineer and Data Architect to integrate AI services safely into applications
Teach patterns for consuming AI APIs without violating compliance or introducing instability
Project Leadership Mentoring
Lead participants in building productiongrade microservices with RESTKafka integration
Conduct code reviews enforce design standards and mentor on BFSIspecific nonfunctional requirements availability latency auditability
Required Experience
1215 years in enterprise software engineering
Strong expertise in Java Java 17 and Spring Boot
Handson experience with Angular or React and TypeScript
Exposure to BFSI domain with understanding of regulatory and risk constraints
Proven track record in designing and delivering largescale productiongrade systems
Familiarity with cloud platforms AWSAzure containerisation and CICD automation
