Demonstrate understanding of the technical service skills for assigned area (Electricals, Plumbing ,Ac etc.) Respond to equipment failures in all areas of the hotel Maintain furniture by implementing the preventative maintenance system in place Responds to both guests and hotel staff complaints on non-functioning equipments. Maintains guest rooms in optimal operating condition by performing repairs as needed. Uses both power and hand tools in a safe and efficient manner Give shift related handover about complaints and systems to the reliever.
