- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions for service management processes.
- Configure and customize FSL components including Service Territories, Resources, Work Orders, Scheduling, Optimization, Skills, and Inventory Management.
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Platform Events, and REST API integrations.
- Design robust Salesforce data models, automation frameworks, and integrations with external systems such as MuleSoft.
- Drive end-to-end project activities including data migration, CI/CD implementation, testing, UAT, and production deployment.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate service operations requirements into effective FSL design solutions and best practices.
- Mentor development teams, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and ensure successful post-go-live support and continuous improvement initiatives.
