Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Relationship Executive who will be responsible for managing customer leads, understanding client requirements, scheduling site visits, identifying real estate opportunities, and supporting business development across Yugavist SmartInfra services.
The candidate will play a key role in building relationships with property buyers, developers, homeowners, businesses, and potential clients requiring real estate, architecture, and interior solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, has strong communication skills, and wants to build a career in the growing real estate and infrastructure solutions industry.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Real Estate Lead Management & Customer Engagement
- Call prospective customers from the assigned lead database.
- Understand customer requirements including:
- flat / plot / commercial property requirements
- preferred location
- budget
- investment objectives
- Explain suitable real estate projects, including:
- location benefits
- project highlights
- amenities
- pricing details
- investment potential
- Build strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
2. Site Visits & Property Sales Conversion
- Convince interested customers and schedule property/site visits.
- Coordinate and accompany customers for nearby project visits whenever required.
- Present project benefits professionally and answer basic customer queries.
- Coordinate with developers/builders for:
- availability
- pricing updates
- project details
- customer requirements
- Support customers from inquiry stage to booking closure.
3. Architecture, Interior Design & Execution Opportunities
- Identify potential customers looking for:
- architectural design services
- home/office interiors
- renovation projects
- turnkey execution solutions
- Generate leads from:
- new home buyers
- property owners
- commercial clients
- developers/builders
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate discussions with design/execution teams.
- Promote Yugavist SmartInfra’s end-to-end solutions beyond property transactions.
- Build relationships to create opportunities for interior and project execution services.
4. Developer & Business Relationship Support
- Support relationship building with:
- real estate developers
- channel partners
- architects/design professionals
- execution partners
- Identify new business opportunities in residential and commercial segments.
- Collect market information about upcoming projects and customer demand.
5. CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate customer data in CRM / lead management portal.
- Update:
- customer discussions
- follow-up dates
- site visit status
- design/interior inquiries
- conversion probability
- closure status
- Track assigned leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Provide regular updates on:
- calls completed
- customer pipeline
- site visits
- business opportunities
- successful conversions
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi and Marathi (English preferred).
- Strong convincing and relationship-building ability.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Interest in real estate, interiors, and lifestyle solutions.
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
- Strong follow-up discipline.
- Basic computer knowledge:
- MS Excel

Preferred Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Experience: 0–3 years in:
- Real estate sales
- Telecalling / telesales
