Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Video Editor to lead end-to-end video post-production for professional and commercial projects. The role requires strong creative judgment, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver high-quality outputs across multiple formats and platforms.
The ideal candidate should be confident handling complex edits, motion graphics, color grading, and design elements, while also guiding junior editors and maintaining consistent quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead video editing from raw footage to final delivery
Create polished and professional edits for corporate, digital, drone, real estate, and media projects
Edit long-form and short-form content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Handle motion graphics, titles, transitions, lower thirds, and visual effects
Perform advanced color correction and cinematic color grading
Design and integrate graphics, text overlays, captions, and visual assets
Edit drone footage, event videos, promotional videos, interviews, and social media reels
Maintain project timelines and ensure high-quality final delivery
Organize media files, project folders, raw footage, exports, and follow proper naming standards
Coordinate with the creative, marketing, drone, and production teams
Take responsibility for final video output, delivery quality, and team performance
Required Skills
Adobe Premiere Pro for advanced video editing
Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and visual effects
DaVinci Resolve for professional color grading and finishing
Final Cut Pro experience preferred
Adobe Photoshop for image editing and asset preparation
Adobe Illustrator for graphic and design elements
Canva for digital creatives and quick social media designs
Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, music selection, and visual flow
Knowledge of export settings, codecs, frame rates, aspect ratios, and delivery formats
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Team lead responsibility with accountability for deliverables and team performance
Experience & Qualifications
2 to 3 years of professional video editing experience
Strong portfolio or showreel is mandatory
Experience in corporate videos, social media content, drone videos, real estate videos, or event videos preferred
Background in media, film, design, visual communication, or related field preferred
Practical editing skills and portfolio quality will be given higher preference than formal qualification
Preferred Skills
Experience handling brand-driven and client-facing projects
Ability to work independently and manage multiple video projects
Good communication and coordination with creative teams
Attention to detail and consistency across outputs
Ability to understand feedback and make quick corrections
Experience in creating reels, thumbnails, promotional videos, and YouTube content
Knowledge of AI video tools and modern editing workflows will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
