Job Title: Asst Manager - US Onboarding & Sales Operations
Shift timings: 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Key Responsibilities

Oversee the entire onboarding process for consultants, ensuring all required documents such as W-9s, COIs, I-9s, and supporting paperwork are accurately distributed, collected, and maintained

Demonstrate strong working knowledge of W-2, 1099, and Corp-to-Corp (C2C) employment structures

Ensure compliance by working closely with the company’s insurance provider and adhering to organizational guidelines

Coordinate with the internal Delivery, Sales, and Accounts teams, as well as external vendors and candidates throughout the onboarding process

Prepare MIS dashboards and reports as required by the business

Coordinate between US-based clients and C2C, 1099, and W-2 consultants as required from time to time

Gather and maintain key documentation such as client letters, vendor letters, MSAs, and SOWs for H-1B amendments/extensions and other legal and compliance requirements

Securely maintain legal documents of subcontractors and consultants on cloud platforms such as OneDrive
-
Facilitate background checks and drug screenings for selected consultants

Manage compliance responsibilities including background check management, document processing, and client portal maintenance

Assist consultants with timesheet entry, follow up on overdue timesheets, and provide training on MSP/VMS portals

Submit resumes on client portals, release requisitions, and monitor progress

Follow up with consultants on compliance and documentation requirements

Act as the key point of coordination amongst all departments and functions to ensure 100% execution, timely and accurate administration of assigned tasks and reporting

Lead and manage a team of Admin/MIS personnel
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required

Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written

Understanding of W-2, 1099, and Corp-to-Corp (C2C) employment structures

Working knowledge of onboarding and compliance documentation – W-9, COI, I-9, MSA, and SOW
-
Strong cross-functional coordination skills, with the ability to work closely with HR, Finance, Sales, and Delivery teams

Proven ability to lead and manage a team of Admin/MIS personnel

Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting/dashboards
-
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure 100% timely execution
