Job Summary
Thoufeeque Restaurant is looking for an experienced and responsible Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff, and maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and efficiency.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, good communication, and the ability to handle restaurant operations smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Supervise and guide all restaurant staff
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards
- Handle customer complaints professionally and effectively
- Prepare staff duty rosters and manage attendance
- Monitor stock, inventory, and purchase requirements
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained
- Control costs and reduce wastage
- Maintain daily sales, cash handling, and reporting
- Support hiring, training, and staff performance management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and restaurant rules
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and customer handling ability
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, billing, and stock control
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts
- Experience in handling staff and daily restaurant management
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Minimum 2–5 years of restaurant management experience
