Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Hindi Teacher for Middle School to create an engaging learning environment and inspire students to develop strong language skills. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Hindi, possess excellent classroom management skills, and be committed to the holistic development of students.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver effective Hindi lessons for middle school students.
- Develop students' reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills in Hindi.
- Create engaging lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum.
- Assess student performance through assignments, tests, projects, and classroom activities.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student progress.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
- Encourage participation in Hindi-related competitions, cultural events, and literary activities.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and development.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in departmental meetings, training sessions, and school events.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods into classroom instruction.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Hindi or a relevant subject.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
- Master's Degree in Hindi is preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE/ICSE/State Board school (preferred).
- Excellent command of spoken and written Hindi.
- Basic proficiency in English for communication and documentation.
