We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Professional to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone and via email. - Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients to introduce products/services and identify sales opportunities.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, budget, authority, and timeline.
- Present and demonstrate product/service features and benefits to potential customers.
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of leads, ensuring consistent follow-up and progress through the sales funnel.
- Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong, lasting relationships with clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
