We are looking for a Travel Telecaller to join our team and handle enquiries from customers interested in domestic and international tour packages.
The role involves speaking with prospective customers, understanding their travel requirements, suggesting suitable tour packages, and coordinating with the sales and operations teams to convert enquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming enquiries from customers interested in holiday and tour packages.
- Contact and follow up with prospective customers through phone calls and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements such as destination, travel dates, budget, and preferences.
- Recommend suitable tour packages based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team to prepare quotations and provide accurate information to customers.
- Follow up regularly with leads and assist the team in converting enquiries into bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, follow-ups, and lead status using Excel, Google Sheets, or internal systems.
- Stay updated about new destinations, tour packages, hotels, offers, and other travel products.
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure timely communication.
- Support day-to-day administrative activities related to customer enquiries and sales coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in the travel industry are also welcome to apply.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable communicating with customers over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel, Google Sheets, email, and internet applications.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and communicate suitable options clearly.
- Willingness to learn new destinations, tour packages, and travel products.
- Positive attitude, professional behaviour, and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple enquiries efficiently.
