About the Role
Niyathi Health Care & MAX Lab is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Phlebotomists to join our growing diagnostic team. We welcome both experienced professionals and freshers who are passionate about patient care and eager to build a successful career in diagnostics.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect blood samples using proper venipuncture and capillary collection techniques.
- Ensure accurate patient identification before sample collection.
- Label, store, and transport specimens according to laboratory protocols.
- Maintain hygiene, infection control, and safety standards during sample collection.
- Provide a comfortable and professional experience for patients.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of collected samples.
- Coordinate with laboratory staff for timely processing of samples.
- Follow all NABL and quality guidelines, where applicable.
Eligibility
- DMLT / MLT / B.Sc. MLT or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in phlebotomy will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work responsibly and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Candidates residing near Banashankari 3rd Stage / Ittamadu will be preferred.
