- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming sales inquiries through Telecrm, Whatsapp sensy.
- Provide detailed information about our products and address customer queries effectively to generate interest and sale leads.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to engage in meaningful conversations with potential customers in our store.
- Maintain proper store functionality and cleanliness.
- Proactively follow up with leads and inquiries, nurturing them through the sales funnel to conversion.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a positive customer experience.
