Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the sales team to manage daily operations and support activities
- Prepare and send quotations to clients accurately and on time
- Handle client follow-ups via calls, emails, and messages
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
- Assist in order processing and ensure timely execution
- Track sales inquiries and maintain proper documentation
- Communicate with internal departments for order status and delivery updates
- Generate reports related to sales performance and client interactions
- Resolve basic customer queries or escalate when required
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of all sales-related work
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or back office support (preferred)
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
