About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads while supporting website development, SEO, and digital growth initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in generating quality leads, managing digital campaigns, improving website visibility, and creating content for business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Advertising & Lead Generation
- Plan, create, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, Performance Max, Remarketing, and Lead Generation campaigns.
- Plan and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) to generate high-quality leads and improve campaign performance.
- Manage ad budgets efficiently and optimize for cost per lead (CPL), conversion rate, CTR, and ROI.
- Build audience targeting strategies based on demographics, interests, behavior, and geographic locations.
- Conduct A/B testing and continuous campaign optimization.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, remarketing audiences, and analytics tools.
Website Development & SEO
- Build and manage small business and blogging websites.
- Work on WordPress website development and maintenance.
- Handle domain setup, hosting management, website publishing, and basic troubleshooting.
- Improve website visibility through SEO (On-page & Off-page) and support website ranking on Google.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to drive organic growth.
Analytics, Content & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and reporting tools.
- Prepare regular reports with actionable insights on lead quality and campaign performance.
- Write ad copies and coordinate with the design/content team for creatives.
- Create AI-generated videos and digital content for marketing campaigns.
- Support content planning for websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO, WordPress, website management, and analytics tools.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on performance.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or creative coordination is an added advantage.
- Understanding of AI tools for content and video creation.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Experience
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Paid Ads, SEO, or Website Management.
Qualification
- Any degree or certification in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business, Computer Applications, or related fields.

- Candidate must have their own laptop (mandatory).
- Age: 22 to 38 years.
