Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills with a proven track record in business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads and convert them into clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and provide market insights.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Result-oriented with excellent relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
