We are hiring a dedicated and professional Tutor / Teacher to join our growing tuition centre.

Branch 1: Old Madras Road, Bengaluru
Branch 2: C V Raman Nagar, Bengaluru
Target Student Groups & Subjects
Grade 3 to 8: All Subjects
Grade 9 and 10: Mathematics and Science
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Lessons: Teach students using clear, interactive methods that clarify difficult concepts and make learning effective.
- Encourage Student Participation: Maintain a productive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, questions, and critical thinking.
- Provide Personalized Support: Identify the specific academic needs of individual students, help them overcome learning gaps, and guide them toward their academic goals.
- Track and Report Progress: Monitor student performance, provide constructive feedback, and keep parents updated on their child's academic development.
- Plan Curriculum: Prepare structured lesson plans aligned with academic standards, using digital learning tools when appropriate.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any field (Education, Mathematics, Science preferred).
- Experience: Prior experience as a teacher, school tutor, or teaching assistant. Experience working within a tuition centre environment is preferred.
- Subject Expertise: Strong command over the subject matter for the respective grade levels (General subjects for Grades 3–8; Math and Science for Grades 9–10).
- Technical Skills: Comfort using basic educational technology, including laptops and digital whiteboards.
- Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication, with the ability to manage classrooms effectively and interact professionally with parents.
